The Life Transformation Coaching Course Refund Guarantee
In the event of a purchase of The Complete Life Transformation Coaching Course, or Level 1 – Foundation Training Course (“the Course”), if the purchaser is dissatisfied with the Course for any reason or no reason, a communication of intent for a refund should be forwarded to support@transformationcoachingacademy.co.za within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase with “Refund Request” designated in the subject line. Subject to these conditions, a full refund will be administered without inquiry. This refund policy applies exclusively to the Complete Life Transformation Coaching Course & Level 1 – Foundation Training of the Life Transformation Coaching Course.
Level 2 or the Life Transformation Coaching Course Refund Policy
The Academy holds the unequivocal right to withhold refunds from any individual who has remitted payment for Level 2 of the Life Transformation Coaching Course or any individual who has made their second payment or subsequent payments towards the Advanced Practical Coaching System Training & Certification. Once payment has been remitted, the payer thereby obligates themselves to partake in the Online Advanced Practical Coaching System Training at any given time in the future.
Master Training and Advanced Courses/Workshops Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided to any individual who has rendered payment or executed payment plans for the Master Training or any of the Advanced Courses/Workshops (either In-Class or Online). Upon remitting payment, the payer thereby binds themselves to participate in the Master Training or any of the Advanced Courses/Workshops (either In-Class or Online) at a time point in the future.
In-Class or Live Virtual Training Cancellation Policy
Transformation Coaching Academy (“the Academy”) reserves the unequivocal right to terminate any in-person instructional course (“In-Class Training”) or Live Virtual Training in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Furthermore, the Academy maintains the express right to rescind any In-Class Training or Live Virtual Training with a notice period of no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the said training, should there be fewer than ten (8) participants enrolled for the particular In-Class Training or Live Virtual Training.
